Property Sketching
You don't have to worry about sketching up the property. We go out and sketch the property ourselves.We will convert your paper building drawings to editable sketches to use either as standalone drawings.
Interior Designing
This is the art and science of enhancing the interiors to achieve a healthier pleasing environment for the customer. An interior designer is someone who plans, researches, coordinates, and manages such projects.
Exterior Designing
Never underestimate the importance of a first impression! Home exteriors are the very first thing neighbors, visitors and prospective buyers see, so you want your exterior home design to impress.
Plan Certification
Planning certificates are official statements of the planning controls that apply to a property. Planning certificates do not show the locations of zone boundaries and any additional site specific controls.
Plan Approvals
During the review process, the plans will be reviewed for compliance with the City’s General Plans, zoning ordinances, and other applicable local ordinances and codes
Plan Estimations
A successful project plan will include information on the budget, resources, task duration and when the project will be completed. You will want to perform estimates shortly after completing a breakdown of tasks and milestones.

Chairman - Chaminda Arangala Withana
A young and dynamic entrepreneur, Chaminda Arangala Withana started his career as an Accountant at Daya Group of Companies. He was there by exposed to the diverse aspects in different business entities in the group including office and site administration.He has acquired a degree of BSc in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sri Jayawardanapura, Sri Lanka after his successful school career at Isipathana College, Colombo. Within a short span of his career, he has gained immense experience in the commercial construction, real estate business, plantations, horticulture and production.
Chief Executive Officer - Anusha Vijayanthi Kumari Arangala
With an excellent pool of talent and experience, Winmo (Pvt) Ltd, is well poised to take on the challenges of construction arena. Young Sri Lankan female Anusha Vijayanthi Kumari Arangala is the founder and CEO of Winmo (Pvt) Ltd and it’s subsidiaries. Graduated in Management Studies from University of Sri Jayawardanapura, Sri Lanka after successful era at Princess of Wales College, Moratuwa.
Born in 1974 in Moratuwa and is an extra-ordinary dynamic businesswoman with a vast experience in the construction business as well as in plantations and horticulture.
